Trained by the award winning Birth Bliss doula Kicki Hansard, Lala Langtry White is passionate about supporting all women through their pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Her own Small and Mighty story is what inspired her to support others both alongside Joanne but also as a hypnobirthing and antenatal educator, doula and breastfeeding counsellor. 

A mother of four including premature twins, she knows first hand the benefits of having consistent doula support through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood. Her specialist knowledge includes supporting women with pregnancies deemed high risk, those anticipating premature delivery and those expecting twins, triplets or more!

Lala is also an experienced stillbirth and bereavement doula with grief training. Empathetically supporting families surrounding them with love, dignity, respect and compassion at their most difficult times and assist parents in creating our Love Through Loss memory box.
